Your Payor’s PAD agreement may be cancelled provided notice is received thirty (30) days before the next scheduled PAD.
If any of the above details are incorrect, please contact us immediately. If the details are correct, you do not need
to do anything further and your Pre-Authorized Debits will be processed and start on the Payment Start Date indicated.
You have certain recourse rights if any debit does not comply with these terms.
For example, you have the right to receive a reimbursement for any PAD that is not authorized or is not consistent with this PAD agreement.

The Verification Code is imprinted on credit cards to help merchants verify transactions when the actual card is not present, such as Internet purchases or donations. The merchant uses this number as part of the authorization process with the card issuer.

Visa, Master Card, and Discover:
The verification code for Visa, Master Card, and Discover is a 3-digit number printed on the back of your card. It appears after the account number or last 4-digits of your account number, in the signature panel.
The American Express verification code is a 4-digit number printed on the front of your card. It appears above and to the right of the embossed account number.
If you know the name of the specific animal you want to sponsor, make a note of it there.
